Benefits of joining Link-Upp
Joining Link-Upp gives access to:
- Monthly newsletter.
- Information sharing.
- Website.
- Events.
- Family outings.
- Meeting others in similar situations.
- Have your say in how Link-Upp is run.
- Workshops.
There are three types of Link-Upp membership. Application forms for each can be downloaded, for you to print and return to us. Alternatively, please contact us, and we will be happy to send you an application form by post.
Membership is currently free for everyone.
Family Membership
This is open to any family member, or carer, who is over 16 years of age, of a child (25 or under) with additional needs.
Membership is open to those living, working or based in Birmingham.
Each family should nominate one person to be their named member; this person will receive all Link-Upp mailings, have voting rights at the Link-Upp AGM and be eligible to stand for election to the Link-Upp Committee.

Group Membership
This is open to any group, or organisation, based in Birmingham, that is interested in supporting the work of Link-Upp and furthers the interest of children with additional needs or their families.
Each group, or organisation, must appoint one representative who will receive mailings, have voting rights at the Link-Upp AGM and be eligible to stand for election to the Link-Upp Committee.

Associate Membership
(formerly 'Friend of Link-Upp')This is open to any adult wishing to support the work of Link-Upp.
Associate members receive the newsletter, may attend any event or meeting, but have no voting rights.
